How resilient are you, really?

This year reminded me that resilience isn't a badge you wear after a win—it's a practice you renew after every setback.

I judge resilience by three things: how quickly I recover, how honestly I act on feedback, and how I protect my energy to stay aligned with my priorities.

My daily resilience playbook:

❤️ A micro-recovery ritual after tough days (5 minutes of box breathing, 10 minutes of reflection)
❤️ Reframe challenges as data: what's this teaching me, and what's one concrete next step?
❤️ Protect time for high-priority work and for the people who lift me up
❤️Ask for help when I need it—and listen with curiosity
