How we can work together

My approach is pragmatic and practical. I aim to create a space where we can work together to find realistic solutions tailored to your needs. For mental wellbeing coaching to be effective, it is important that we have a good connection. That is why I offer a FREE, no-obligation 30-minute ‘chemistry call', a chance to see if I am the right coach for you. You can book this easily using the Contact Us button.

If we decide to work together, you can choose from a single session or a block of four or six sessions. Coaching can take place online or face-to-face, whatever suits you best.

Session Structure

Each mental wellbeing coaching session is 60 minutes long. Our structure is:

  • 5-10 minutes establishing our aim for the session.
  • 30 minutes exploring possibilities, combining coaching techniques and strategies.
  • 15-20 minutes working out practical steps to achieve and implement

  • Four sessions from £270
  • Six sessions from £405​

Reflective Practice for Helpline Teams

As part of our comprehensive support package for helpline clients, we offer Reflective Practice sessions designed specifically for helpline teams.

With enquiries becoming increasingly complex and the demands on call handlers growing, it is easy for staff to experience fatigue, burnout, and overwhelm. Reflective Practice provides a safe, structured space for individuals or teams to process challenging experiences, review actions, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

These sessions allow participants to look back on particularly difficult calls—such as those involving safeguarding concerns or repeat callers—and explore what worked well, what can be improved, and how to strengthen future responses. They also offer a supportive environment to share, learn, and build resilience.

Sessions can be online or face-to-face, depending on your preference.

Fee

  • £120 for a group Reflective Practice session
  • £60 for an individual Reflective Practice session
