Find Your Authentic Voice

Coaching in London & Online

Our philosophy is to help you express your authentic voice.

What can be helpful is to talk to someone outside of your family, friends, or colleagues. Someone unconnected and independent to all your connections. Who can listen, be a sounding board and work with you to find out your best option.

Coaching provides an opportunity to explore possibilities in situations that you maybe stuck in or struggling to move forward with. This could we how to progress forward in your career, relationships, health, or professional and personal development.

My aim is to be a pragmatic coach, to offer a space to consider matters sensibly and realistically in a way that is based on practical rather than theoretical considerations.

Working out what can work for you.

How we can work together

For coaching to be successful, there needs to be a connection between us. To find out if I'm the right coach for you, I offer a FREE no commitment 30 minute 'chemistry' call. To book one use the contact us button.

After the chemistry call, if you feel we have a connection and can work together, I will offer you either a single, a block of four or six coaching sessions. Our coaching sessions can take place either online or face-to-face. We can talk about what best suits you on our chemistry call.

Session Structure

Each session is 60 minutes long. Our structure is:

5-10 minutes establishing our aim for the session.
30 mins exploring possibilities, combining coaching techniques and strategies.
15-20 minutes working out practical steps to achieve and implement

One session £75

Four sessions £270

Six sessions £405

Let's find out if we can work together.
